Could You Use A Towel Warmer?

If you rely only on the mainstream review sites to research products, you probably have the impression that towel warmers are a colossal waste of money. Admittedly, high quality ones are expensive, and if you live in a bandbox of an apartment in New York City—like 99.9% of of all mainstream product reviewers do—you are unlikely to have either the space or the need for one of these oversized machines. That’s why it is essential that you go out of your way to visit outlets like We Know Products, where you can be exposed to a slightly different viewpoint on matters. At WKP, we strongly feel that a good towel warmer can be a great addition to one’s home.

Here’s the thing about towel warmers: It is the type of product that seems completely superfluous until you have actually weathered legitimately cold temperatures. This can happen in many parts of the country away from the big media centers, places like Maine, Minnesota, Montana, and (lest you think we are only talking about “M” states) of course Alaska. Americans in these states need to learn about products, too.

Keenray Bucket Style Towel Warmers, Luxury Bucket Towel Warmer, Large Towel Warmer for Bathroom, Auto Shut Off, Fits Up to Two 40″X70″ Oversized Towels, Bathrobes, Blankets, PJ’s and More, White — $145.99

We like this bucket style towel warmer from Keenray. It is a good size—big enough to accommodate two large bath towels, small enough not to take up the entire bathroom. The total capacity is 20 liters. Most importantly, it heats up towels quickly yet evenly. One of the worst things that can happen when it comes to towel warmers generally is for you to remove your fresh, hot towel from the machine, only to place it on your body and instantly feel a cold spot. This Keenray model is designed to prevent this, producing complete and thorough warmth to greet you when you get out of the shower.

Only one piece of advice regarding this towel warmer. Do NOT watch the accompanying video in its Amazon listing. On the surface, the video is pleasant enough, with an attractive model and relaxing elevator music intended to evoke the serenity one gets out of using the towel warmer. This feeling quickly vanishes, however, once words start to appear in overlay. Your eyes are subjected to gibberish such as “Be Careful When Pick up the Towel” and “Bring You a Whole New Experience When Stepped Out Of The Bath.” Reading them could very well instill doubts about the quality of the entire listing. Do not let it. The Keenray towel warmer is high quality, even if whatever intern they have writing the video script is not.
