School is about to be back in session, and as you prepare your kid for his or her first day of the year, you might be surprised at how much you still need to buy. When you get into the routine of doing school virtually, there are formerly everyday items that you simply lose track of. Here are five must-have school supplies you can get to make sure your child is ready for the big day.
Remember lunchboxes? In school, children are responsible for feeding themselves at lunchtime, and that usually means either purchasing something from the school cafeteria or bringing in a healthier option from home. During virtual schooling, many of the traditional methods of learning were marginalized or discarded altogether. That includes the very simple act of writing things down, a “skill” that may not be required at all in the future as more and more screens get integrated into the classroom.
